Kristi, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your work with Ittsey. We really felt like we are her last resort and struggled to give her a good home in spite of her difficult past.
She was so reactive to anyone coming into our house, even our own adult children. The barking was so excessive and would last so long we had to remove her entirely from any gatherings. Upon your advise we taught her to go to her “Place” when anyone arrives and using a low level remote she has learned to calm herself and her “Place” is her safe spot. The difference is remarkable and I think she is a much happier dog. We can now have people in our house! Thank you again, Val H.
